If your flight was rejected don't worry, we will look into that! Please fill the form for each flight that was not accepted and we will manually review them.
If the flight is successfully validated, you will receive an email to select the cards you want.
If the flight is not successfully validated, we will send you an email and either ask for more details or explain why the flight was rejected.
You should receive an email with 3 working days, however during busy periods response times may increase. We appreciate for your understanding.
